In today’s world, we numb ourselves with substances, food, sex and distraction. We are constantly looking even further outside our centers to repair this alienation: we go to gurus and healers for answers; we read books about how to eat, sleep and make love. All along, we become more and more lost, separate and estranged from ourselves. We feel alone and become stuck in our heads, no longer trusting our bodies or nature.

I believe that the answers we seek exist within the sacred wisdom of our bodies, and I work to reattune you to this knowledge. Using the breath and movement, we work to reestablish lines of communication with ourselves so that you are again able to hear and experience the lessons that are waiting to be gleaned from our bodies.  We learn to stop looking outside for answers. This, ultimately, is what the Journey is about: developing a practice to find clarity and wisdom within yourself.

We seek sensitivity and subtlety in the Journey. By quieting the mind and letting go of habits, we can free ourselves from those things that constrain our worlds. We make ourselves vulnerable: vulnerability, more than anything, accelerates healing. When we are vulnerable, we are experiencing our deepest honesty, allowing us to form profound connections among each other and to therefore feel less alone. We move from a life motivated by fear to one that is blissful.

Humans have been aware of the healing power of the breath for thousands of years. Through centuries, we have used different breathing practices in rituals to:

The Transformational Breath is a powerful and safe way to infuse the body with oxygen and energy, recharging our own often-depleted systems to work to their healing capacity. It is a deep journey into feeling, letting go and cleansing, and a true and sacred encounter with yourself.

Through the breath, you allow yourself to arrive fully in the present moment and to simply be, listening to your heart’s desire. It can facilitate the growth needed for us to transform into who we are capable of becoming, paving the way to a free, abundant and joyful life.
